Comments: Called got a quick quote from them. This is my first moving experience and everything they said they would do they did. The 4 guys that came Al, Kevin, Joe, and Gene were great. I know we had alot of stuff but they never complained . My wife was extremely nervous about the fragile items. They packed everything and wrapped all the furniture. Needless to say great work guys. This company from the sales rep to the movers were very informative, courteous & made my move very simple. Moving is normally a very stressful situation, however not with this company. They took apart my furniture & wrapped all my fragile belonging's. I was given a invoice at the time off service as well as after I received services. Comments: Moving is a stressful business, but Mars Transportation took the stress part out of it. What a great company! They came on time and did everything very professional. My couch is pretty big and was extremely difficult to take down from the second floor, but the guys found a solution and everything worked out perfect. On the way to my new apartment we hit heavy traffic, so it took us a little longer to get to my place, but nobody complained. They are polite, nice and they understand your needs. The price was great also and overall the service was excellent. I am going to recommend Mars Transportation company to any of my friends who are about to move.Long Island City NY

Comments: Mars Transportation Services is a dishonest company. Stay away! Beginning from the point they pick up your belongings and money, their customer service will completely change. They stop caring about you! They completely botched an interstate move. Everything was packed and they still managed to lose and damage SO much and take absolutely no responsibility. They actually admitted to finding a large basket full of designer handbags and have refused to send them to me, they also admitted that a customer at another location walked on to the truck and took something that belonged to me. In addition, they gave me a quote and once they loaded all my belongings on their truck, the price doubled. I have reported them to the BBB as well as the FMCSA, I truly hope no one has to go through what I did; it is stressful enough having to move without a moving company treating you like this.New York NY

Comments: Mars picked up my household goods March 30th. I moved to Seattle and less than a week I emailed them my new address. I was supposed to receive my stuff within three weeks. I have called, emailed and texted and no response now. Where is my stuff? I’ve paid about $1,200 bucks too. We contact them daily and nothing. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, I am working a compliant with office of NY Attorney General and I will be filing a report with the police for grand larceny. THEY HAVE NO TRACKING AS TO WHERE YOUR FURNITURE IS. IMAGINE NOT KNOWING WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT OR IF YOU WILL RECEIVE IT. HOW DOES A COMPANY OPERATE ON THOSE TERMS !!!! VERY SHADY
