Comments: Michael Mace is "The Man"! I'm sure he didn't have to, but he came to my house on a Sunday to size up the job and give me an estimate. He would have tackled the job then, but he didn't have access to any parts because it was after all a Sunday. Michael gave me a very fair estimate and the deal was struck. He returned on Monday with all his tools and parts and knocked the job out in roughly 1 hour. My garage door now operates better than when it was new...no lie! He also reprogrammed my automatic garage door opener so that opened and closed the door smoother than it ever has. Michael was very receptive to questions; all answers were clear and concise. He knew that I had other companies coming to give me quotes, but offered to give me a short term fix so I could use my garage door until I made my decision.
