Comments: We thought the whole faucet needed replaced and that was the price Brad quoted. It turned out that it was a simple seal, and he fixed it, and adjusted his quote. He could have charged us for work not needed, but he didn't. His honesty shocked us, his work impressed us. We will use him for any plumbing questions that we have from now on.Cleveland OH

Work Description: The line for my ice maker broke and he came out at 9:00 at night at minimal charge and fixed it.

Work Description: Snake out main sewer drain backup
Comments: We were very pleased with their service, professionalism and willingness to give an inclusive price and stick with it. We've been ripped off by plumbers before, and were pleasantly surprised. They were a bit late, but that was OK given it was same day service in an emergency. We were not surcharged for the late hour (7PM). Brad Pallant came alone, worked like a dog for 90 minutes and cleaned out 20 years of guck! We are very happy and will definitely recommend M2K and use them in the future. NOTE: unlike any other estimates I got on this job, they guaranteed their work for 6 months.-
