Comments: You replaced my Jenn-Air oven igniter a little over a year ago. It "died" last week. Amazing that the original lasted 20 years but yours was obviously faulty and only covered by a 3-month warranty! As you know you gave me a repair date and then called to cancel with a call-back number that was useless--your caller didn't answer the call. Very poor service in my opinion.New York NY
