Description: A Loyalty Company looks to help and improve. So negotiating and working along side the home owners is very important to us. Seeing their faces at the end result is priceless. So whether we helped pick the colors for the paint or we worked in their price range. In the end helping people is what we are about.

Comments: Very very pleased to have chose this company. The job was done so incredible and beyond my expectations. Helped me with picking my colors and they were great choices to my liking and the job was even done before the finish date. Dustin and this worker was exceptionally amazing and precise with their work to make sure the job was done right. Will be having them paint my lake house next. A huge 5 stars from me and my family!!-Jack Owensby

Work Description: Painting kitchen, bathroom, kitchen ceiling & trim & doors.
Comments: They did terrible job and left without finishing the job. used the wrong paint, got paint on my carpet and hardwood and then tried to keep the change from the purchase of more paint (that I didn't need) and then accused me of short changing them on the agreed upon price. It was a disaster and I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.Asheville NC
Work Description: Painting kitchen, bathroom, touch ups, trim, and doors.
Comments: I am completely appalled by the shoddy job that Dustin Ebert of loyalty painting company did in my home. He collected $680 in cash for this work and when I got home and began to look around he had not even finished the job! He painted my doors and trim with flat paint. He did not even bother to paint all the way to the bottom or the top of the doors and left a big square around each door handle that he did not paint! When I called him about this he denied it but did agree to come back and take a look. Once I pointed it all out to him he acknowledged the mistakes and said that he would fix them but only made a bigger mess spilling paint on my carpet and my hardwood floor. He also accused me of shortchanging him by $100 (my daughter gave him the money while I was at work and he implied that she withheld a $100 bill). I also gave him $50 to go by paint for my ceiling after he told me I was out of ceiling paint (I realized later that there was still over half a gallon sitting on the table) and he went and purchased Glidden ceiling paint for $11.97 and kept the remainder of my $50. When I asked him to return my change to me he then accused me of shortchanging him. After he made a bigger mess in my home by spilling paint he called his boss and she told him to leave the job which he did after lying to me and saying he was going to lunch. He did not return. When I contacted him again the boss retracted his statement of being shortchanged on payment and admitted that she had pulled him off the job because he was angry. It was only after I threatened to sue them in small claims court that they even offered to come back and try it again for the second time but by this point I had lost complete faith in his ability to do the job and also I realized that he had taken some of my supplies out of my home, so I did not feel I could trust him in my home again. They are refusing to reimburse me my $680 and I will be taking them to court. I have photo proof of the damage that he did. Do not hire this painter as he is not a professional as he claims to be. And upon further investigation they do not have a business address anywhere but do live in Hickory North Carolina. It makes you wonder why a business would not have some kind of physical street address. It would be interesting to know how many other people he has done this to. Now I know why he asked to be paid in cash... I have also reported him and his company to the Better Business Bureau.Bessemer City NC
