Comments: They did a good job, but will not be using them again because their price is to high. I was charged 450. And I got an other price later that day for 200. I just wanted to see the price difference. Also I asked how much it would cost to look at a ceiling light fixture ti see if a wire was loose and her said 150. I told him to forget it. When a worker comes into a home they should not reak of cigarette smoke.also he did not check to see if the new motor worked. I guess I will have to wait for warm weather to find outMoody AL

Comments: OMG! When did repairs jump a extra $100? Cost $200 just to look at a fan and find out it needed a new motor; so, I have to go buy another one. And, to tighten another fan so it doesn't wobble. My mother insisted I try to get it fixed. Already know that it is cheaper to replace than fix. But I didn't know about the price jumps.Birmingham AL

Comments: Two young men Came out Thursday, (was over 30 minutes late) to Rewire my box. Later that night we were going to cook but the stove didn't work. Called him friday, he told me it was the stove. Bought a new stove, only to find that it wouldn't work either. Tried to contact him over the weekend but got answer so I sent him an email. Still no answer. Monday I call and finally he calls me back. BUT HE CAN'T COME OUT TILL THE NEXT DAY!!!? Tuesday he sends out another guy to fix what he screwed up and he was 30 minutes late! The guy was very polite and did apologize. But where is my apology from the one who screwed up? I had to go a whole weekend without my stove and because he told me my stove was the culprit, I wasted time and money! And because of this, I give this company a 5 negative on their service. But to the young man who came out and fixed the error good job.Helena AL

He was the nicest most professional young man that service wise I have dealt with. He got the job done was kind enough to answer all of my questions and even took the time to look at an outlet that hadn;t been working since we moved into our house and got it fixed! I cant say enough good things about this company except that I wish all companies had this much dedication and hardworking individuals. Things would go a lot smoother and people would be happy!
