Work Description: Kitchen remodel
Comments: We had kitchen project started this past July. It was a horrible experience. Workers that hung dry wall didn’t know what they were doing. Had to be redone. Nothing in electrical is to Code. We are still trying to resolve this issue. There were multiple delays and work was not done to best standard. Always had to call and complain about work that had been done or was being done. Multiple delays and errors from installing of new window in wrong place which cascaded events to cabinets not being able to be installed in correct place! This project was not finished by Mid October…My husband had to finish up some of project. There were language barrier of workers that did work. Had to use Google translate to communicate. This added to frustration.Enumclaw WA

Work Description: Renovate bathroom for a walk in shower
Comments: Omigoodness - nothing has gone well! Demolishion was end of August and still not done. Horrible communication - wont' respond to texts - won't call - no shows when supposedly scheduled. Work is not done to Washington codes. I was expecting some frustration with construction but omg this is unbelievable. Trusted AngieList to give a good recommendation but this is so far from good. Workers cannot speak or usually understand English. So often when we do communicate delays are blamed on religion. Do not recommend this group to anyone!!!-
