Work Description: Electrical Panel Upgrade
Comments: I hired Mr. Torres from LMS Electric because I needed a 30 amp breaker to replace a 40 amp to my Rheem water heater that was tripping . I specifically requested a 30 amp because the plumber and Rheem said that's what I needed. Mr. Torres led me to believe that the work was properly done but said something was wrong with unit. I called Rheem back and told them the breaker had been replaced by an electrician. When a technician was sent next day he informed me that the breaker had not been changed it still had a 40 amp. I contacted Mr. Torres and he said the reason he hadn't changed it but just replaced it with a new 40 amp is because he couldn't do it. He said for another $550.00 but had to run a wire through the attic. I was suspicious of wires in my attic so I got more quotes. I had paid Mr. Torres $200 in cash because he said cash was better. I asked for receipt and invoice but I have never received either. The job was performed by another company. I hope LMS guides its employees and gives lessons in honestyHouston TX

He showed me how to use it in an outage and it passed inspection with flying colors. He was highly professional and completed the job perfectly.
