Work Description: Tree timing from back of home above roof line from right and left side.
Comments: This is a surprising experience I had last week not sure how to describe.They came and provide me the estimate and I accepted the written estimate they provided and scheduled to work done on Saturday 06/01.
They came to start work and all of a sudden owner said it's too much work and I have to pay extra $1,000 more from the estimated total,and they decided not to work until I agreed to pay them additional $1,000.
Sales guy Luis keep telling me his boss will not do the work despite they came 2 day ago and agreed with me with price and written estimate was provided with job details.
I was surprised and they said they are leaving its much work...and they left.
Not sure what should I expect or say anything.I hope no other consumer has to face such a unrealistic and unprofessional experience like that.
