Work Description: Landscape of backyard
Comments: Do not hire this con and crooked man!!!! I begged my husband not to hire this man because I just had this feeling that he was going to scam us and he did!! He took the money my husband gave him and never completed any work. We have had a few plants die within a year and they were supposed to be under warranty but he never came back to replace!!! We had a creek bed he did which the workers he hired were teenagers did a awful job which we had to fix! He kept telling us his personal problems which I thought was very unprofessional! He had excuse after excuse!!! One day his son came to work with him and he just sat on a chair most of the time and left his trash from a fast food place!!! I don’t have the means to hire a lawyer but I hope some one prosecutes this guy so he has to pay!!!!Buford GA

Comments: WARNING: Work began in November 2017 and as of April 2018, I am still chasing Jim to complete the work that he was paid to perform. He is FULL of excuses that include weather delays, staffing problems, illness, and family emergencies. I would NOT recommend using this company.Flowery Branch GA

Work Description: Irrigation System
Comments: The absolute worst service provider I have ever encountered. We hired him to install a sprinkler system. We did not get what we were promised.Our invoice included 10 rotor heads, 6 spray mist heads, a brass splitter, and a Rainbird 6 zone timer.
Instead, we got 4 rotor heads, 2 spray mist heads, we never got a brass splitter and got a cheaper brand zone timer.
He makes lots of excuses and doesn't show up when he says he will.

Work Description: I hired this contractor to install a backyard pond. One year later I still don't have a satisfactory working pond. His work wasn't close to being professional nor up to code and I have given up on recuperating anything from the debacle other than perhaps experience (and I'm not referring to good experience). I can't believe that the manner in which he conducts business is even legal!
Comments: Nuff said... I think you get my drift. Lame excuses and outright lies have been what passes for customer service to this guy.
