Work Description: Chimney repair work
Comments: Leo is a scammer. He was hired to repair my chimney from start to finish. He left me with half of a brick chimney, he used the old flashing for the bottom which was all loose and cemented the top flat without a drip edge for the rain water not to run down the sides of the chimney. And there was a crack in the cement. And he left all the old bricks, concrete and shingles from my neighbors yard after re-roofing his house, 3 eighty lbs bags of mortar, and a pile of new bricks and a ladder that I had to get rid of. He way over charged me and his partner came back the next day trying to collect $3000 more for work that was not done. He is no good. A real scammer.-
