Work Description: New kitchen built, extend kitchen island,created an exta bedroom as well as closets, add vinyl on floors, add shower doors and curtain rods, added privacy divides in backyard, extended the driveway
Comments: I needed a contractor to make some additions to my home that i purchased. After filtering through my options I decided to go with Lemus construction. Edear from the first meeting and consultation was great. I told him my wants and he told me what could be done,as well as the time frame which him and his crew were always on time.As a women it can be very hard to find a person that you can trust and do a great job with your home so I am very happy that I made the choice of choosing Lemus.
Jennifer was also very helpful and a great addition to my experience with Lemus. From helping me choose the right appliances and fixtures etc. for thr projects. She was always very professional and the workers left the property very clean and tidy at the end of each day. All in all very professional.

Comments: The crews at Lemus Construction are in fact artisan craftsmen who are specialst in custom carpentry and wood work. Their tile work however is at even a higher level then thier carpentry as they perform "Michelangelo" level tile work. They can perform projects over and under $100,000.00 dollars while meeting and sticking to critical time lines yet being flexible to construction dates if needed. Their in House Designer Ms. Jennifer is excellant and very creative. Comments: Lemus Construction is an Excellent Company! We had 5 contractors come out to us before making our decision with our basement renovation. The reason we chose Lemus was because of Edear, the project manager and owner. Edear is a very kind and knowledgeable person that paid very close attention to not only our design needs, but also to our budget. Before our project started, Edear came out to our home not once, but four times to make sure we fully understood what was going to happen. During the project we changed our minds with a few of the options. Edear was quick to address the issue and make changes without any issues.The workers that came out to our home were a group of very hard working, kind and honest individuals that kept our home clutter free. Choose Lemus for your home project. You will not be sorry!
