Work Description: Replaced roof

Comments: Our aging roof had recent wind and storm damage and while in the process of dealing with an insurance adjuster and getting roofing quotes, Ben and James were giving a quote to our next-door neighbor. We agreed to have them give us a quote also.
They were very thorough, taking lots of pictures and then discussing all their findings. Ben explained their preferred methods and products and we explained about the condo HOA roof guidelines. Ben and James agreed to use the HOA approved shingle and we agreed to have Lee + Owens Roofing install our new roof.
Such a great decision!
Ben and James are very knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and very patient.
It took several weeks to get the insurance decision and the HOA board approval. Ben even scheduled the installation for Saturday since I work from home.
During and after installation, Ben took pictures of the damaged/replaced/repaired areas and all the necessary insurance pictures.
A great policy of Lee + Owens Roofing is that both James and Ben are on-site from job beginning to end doing whatever is necessary. Ben actually does the yard clean-up and we have yet to find the 1st stray nail, etc.
Don't let the length of "time in business" be misleading. These guys are really good and very experienced. They are eager to build their reputation and grow their business.
We are very please with the quality of work and with them before, during and after the roof installation.
We would highly recommend them to anyone for roof replacement or repairs.
