Work Description: General Contracting
Comments: My husband signed up to be a listed service provider through this lead service. After a trial month none of our solicitations turned into tangible work. So he requested that our companies listing be cancelled. After being over talked and aggressively sold by a service representative name Toni, he passed me the phone to explain we are no longer in need of Networx leads. The Rep was rude and even hung up on me twice because she would not honor our request to cancel our subscription. She claimed I was not authorized on the account to make that decision. On the other hand, after calling back 3 times she still refused to cancel our account and demanded to speak with my husband, who got on the phone and after she attempted to sell him the service again he passed me the phone again. After yelling at the agent to cancel the account yet again she claimed she was about to charge our account another $175 for what reason besides her being upset we no longer want our subscription would be fraudulent. My husband is now at our bank assuring Networx can no longer charge our account. And Im calling the BBB to make a formal complaint on the service My husband and I received from their Rep Toni, unless she is screwing the boss or his daughter she needs to be fired.

Work Description: Diggy took the old aluminum siding and put up new siding.
