Comments: I found Tim through a referral from another contractor on an old home I am restoring in Delaware. Tim worked on carpentry restoration on my home (and still is as I intend to use his services going forward) and did an incredible job. Work Description: Install crown molding I bought and prepainted in two rectangular rooms.
Comments: One room good. Other room had one BAD corner and two joint necessary because they cut molding too short. I contacted contractor twice asking that the corner be fixed and got no response. Once you pay they are done. Never having done crown molding before, I fixed the bad corner and my corner and joints are at least as good as theirs, maybe better. Apparently they take no pride in their work.Wilmington DE

Not only did he do a heavy project for me the next day after giving me a quote, he also coordinated all of the other inspections /services I needed to get done in order to have it done by my settlement date. He got everything done for me 2 days after my initial phone call to him. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, and his prices were great.
