Work Description: Driveway

Comments: Don‘t waste your time with this company. Braulio Araujo “Bobby” can’t keep his word. Came out to my house a couple times and gave me an estimate. For some reason he thought he gave me such a good deal, I even told him that he wasn’t the most expensive or the cheapest, but at the time he seemed honest and true to his word. He gave me a date to start the project, so I started clearing my my agenda. As it started getting closer to the project date, I started to get concerned Because I was yet to receive samples of the project and most importantly the contract. I called him and texted him several Times, and never replied back. I would have been ok if at a very minimum replied back saying that he Can no longer do the project, but I couldn’t even get that out of him. Big waste of time, no customer service, no integrity, can’t keep their word. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!j

Comments: Bobby and his team are A1 real professionals, came out took some measurements, came back with a really fair quote and got to work. The whole laser Concreate team was excellent will difficulty be calling them again for future work.
