Comments: My family has been in real estate sales for some 40 years and we have necessary referred numerous plumbers over the years and Lanier is top notch.I've used them for years for my own plumbing needs and have referred them to my clients with confidence. I do a good bit of business in older, central Austin homes and Lanier is very well versed in the challenges of inspecting and working on older systems.
They provide fast, friendly service at a reasonable price and most importantly, my clients have been pleased. There is almost always some unpleasant surprise on an older system and what matters to me is the way it is handled. Lanier has always taken care of me and mine with integrity.

Comments: Our water bill shot way up and indicated a large underground leak. Phillip was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained each step he took in identifying and locating the problem. It turned out to be in an underground connection that he suspected from the beginning as the most likely culprit, and once the leak was found Phillip and another crew repaired it with a minimum of disruption to our yard. Ernies never made it to give me bid: Mann would not give me bid after I told him of two others: and Excalibur gave me bid and then told me to go to site for discount, but no discount info on site. Will go with Lanier on any future problems
