Comments: A nice gentleman came to my home and removed 2 lanterns from both sides of my front door & 1 between garage doors & installed 3 new ones. He did a wonderful job. Very happy with this contractor.

Comments: Showed up 23 mins late without a call ahead and failed to answer my call at 15 min past the hour to check on his arrival time. He quoted me to replace damaged flooring boards in my house For $250. When I accepted - and I can’t make this up- he said “actually it’ll be $375, I just wanted to see what you’d say.” I looked at him puzzled and he went on to ask for s $100 deposit in the form of a post dated check because he “loses a lot of jobs when people don’t commit right away” I wonder why? Needless to say this is just a review of my interactions during a quote and doesn’t speak to his abilities as a contractor-

Work Description: Water Heater - Repair/Service
Comments: I was very disappointed with the service, They left my garage completely dirty with left over materials, I had to let them borrow my ladder and rags because they did not come with the equipment necessary to change out a water heater. I became an installer helper because one of the plumbers had a sever disability and could not help the other plumber lift the water heater in place. The one plumber doing all the work tighten the house cutoff valve so tight they could not open it to test the system. They left us without heat or hot water the entire night and most of the following day, I had to cut out some drywall and cut the old valve out and replace it myself. When I recharged the system the work they did leaked, I called them back to fix the leak, they fixed the leak turned the main gas line back on lit the heater and left without testing to make sure the system was working correctly, they didn't even test the lines for gas leaks. I had test everything myself, I had to bleed all the air out of the lines and leak test the gas connections for leaks. I also had the help them lift the old heater into the back of there pickup, I will never use them again, we paid them $800 for the installation, I definitely over paid for an incomplete job.

Work Description: Extensive work done extended the 2 bedroom 6 ft tore the wall down to make it a large bedroom, he added a full bathroom and made large closet for clothes, also put siding on the house.
