Work Description: drywall, plumbing demolition for a carniceria
Comments: Gabriel Martinez is the worst contractor in Arizona I paid him 40k back on 11/2020 and he did not get state approval plans until 11/2021 one year after I have lost rent money I have been paying for a suite I have no open business to its been a back and fourth with him over a year he is not time efficient and also very rude disrespectful man stay away from dong business with this man.Mesa AZ

Work Description: Bathroom remodel
Comments: Gabriel came out to review what the job would be and said they would send a bid for the work. Scheduled a day to come out to do the first part of the job and they no showed. At that time still had not sent the bid for the full scope of the project which they said they would via email.Scheduled yet another appointment on a Saturday in which they committed to. Day before I called to confirm but yet again they no showed. It was without notification that they no showed.
It’s quite ironic because they boasted so much on how great of a company they were, how reliable they were, and good at their work. Obviously not so much on following through with their word.
Build zoom also stated that I would get 3 to 4 contractors to bid work and they only gave one.

Work Description: The work KWW & Sons completed for me included: two bathroom remodels (a lot of electrical work involved), ceiling fan installation, lighting installation, speaker wiring, and plumbing work.
Comments: KWW & Sons did a good job. They were great to work with and I would recommend them.-
