Comments: Very prompt response. Cost seemed high but I agreed to it in advance, so that is not a criticism, just an observation.
Mr Coats thank you for the review. I’m sorry and apologize that we could not give you “5” star service , being prompt to respond, calling in route, honest and upfront with before any service is preformed, collecting all approval signatures and always try to be available for our customers either in the field or office if a issue should arise. We offer discounts for just about anything even to those who are in need or going through a rough time because being if service and serving is what we pride ourselves on as well as being licensed and insured and making sure we take care of our customers the first time. I would refer you in the future to Thumbtack or Craigslist for cheaper services as those referral services don’t background check the individual or “company” for license, insurance and background. Those sites will offer you lower prices since those individuals do not have the overhead that reputable companies have. Due to the increases in material, fuel, insurance and now the availability of material yes plumbing prices have increased significantly.
