Comments: Kevin came by my parents house on a Sunday to give an estimate for an old leaking pipes. He gave my parents an estimate and a timeline of when he could repair the pipe. Kevin showed up Monday morning and repaired the pipe at a fair price. Kevin was kind and courteous, my parents would hire Kevin again for future jobs.Worcester MA

Comments: After passing the city rough inspection for our kitchen & bathroom remodeling project, K.P.R was paid a total of $8,000. So far we haven't heard from K.P.R for a total of 10 days. They refused to answer all phone calls and failed to return any text messages. Thisunprofessional response completely shut down our remodeling project. Our cabinet installer had to leave the job due to being unable to install said cabinets. This was because K.P.R installed a gas pipe in the wrong place. Instead of in the 36 inch cavity for the stove, he placed the gas shutoff valve inside a cabinet beside the gas stove cavity. We had to reschedule the installation of those cabinets for a week, leaving our project to sit on hold. Losing
money day by day for another week.

Comments: We hired Kevin after we were abandoned by several plumbers who came, estimated and never return. Kevin answered his call and came by to see the scope of work the very next day. He gave us a competitive price and began the work immediately. Kevin is kind, meticulous, and thorough. Kevin knew how bad we wanted our bathroom complete after beginning the project in 2019. He quickly came and not only finished the plumbing, but got right to work setting up our tub, toilet and sink. The vent he put into our attic was done so well!
