Comments: The owner Shaun talks to his employees like their trash, bathroom breaks are frowned upon for some reason and he chose to steal my last paycheck from me which was a weeks worth of honest work .Kodiak's fence building is decent but I've seen better and if he's willing to scam his employee's out of spite and lie about it I'll bet he's willing to do it to his customer's.
He said he wanted to mail me the check and when I asked him why he never sent it he responded "It must have gotten lost in the mail".
I was an employee with Kodiak fencing in 2022 before I had to quit when I lost my housing and had to move.

Work Description: Replaced a partial cyclone fence damaged by a car hitting and tearing it up
Comments: Extremely helpful and good work. I am the landlord and live in another state. They were so reasonable in how the payment was handled and with the scheduling. My tenants were very pleased. The work was fast, prompt, thorough and their references were very good. They also refered an arborist who took care of a broken tree. Natalie in the office went above and beyond in being professional and helpful. I recommend them highly.
