Comments: I don't know if it was because only one person was working by himself but he was having problems installing the unit. His work was good but he complained a lot. He was unhappy working alone which made the job that much harder and voiced his concerns and how it was that much longer and how it frustrated him. He had to take a break to calm himself. I understand the situation and everything from the power surge from the storm but when I have more work for your company can you send someone else to do the job? Will there be more than one person for the replacing the wiring? Thank you for your service work and I will use your service again. Could yougive me some estimates on replacing wiring on my outlets on the main floor? And replacing the light over the kitchen sink? Those are my other projects. Thank,Linda Mackan

Comments: The price for my repairs was 650.00 originally, as the work was being done, Jeff (electrician ) that was working on my issue discovered that the job would be 400.00 .I would have paid 650.00 and not know any better.

Comments: Smoke detector chirping. Replaced unit. New unit periodically chirping and says low battery's. I called and someone explained that even wired units have batteries as back up. I changed the batteries and it was still chirping. I tried to call the company and my call didn't go through and I was unable to leave a message.
