Work Description: Replace water heater with tankless unit

Comments: Plumbers took over 3-hr lunch break, after showing up late. Very expensive and you need to make sure they finish their work because it probably isn’t complete
We apologize for any inconvenience. Actually it was not a lunch break plumbers went to get material at home depot. We had a problem with tankless water heater availability since it was Friday evening when we tried to place the order. We managed to get it on saturday thanks to our sales rep at the supply store otherwise it would have been til Monday. Apprentice plumbers must do all plumbing work under direct supervision of licensed plumber, so plumber is not allowed to leave apprentice alone doing any work. City inspection also adds time to the project but it is necessary to ensure installation meets local requirements. We passed inspection on first visit. Our plumbers are trained to install tankless water heater to manufactures specifications and in addition we have a Navien field represntavive to help service the water heater and answer any questions you may have for your modern tankless water heater. We are licensed and insured to protect you and your property.

Comments: Very pleased with the overall work done. Very helpful, reasonable and when he knew he was going to be late due to an earler job, he called to let me know. Took time to answer questions concerning future projects. I would highly recommend and will use him again.

Work Description: Removed old sink and disposal and installed new sink including new drain, trap, and dishwasher connection.

Dismantled and cleaned existing sink faucet because I liked it better than the one that came with the new sink.

Replaced 9 shut-off valves and installed new flexible connectors on associated faucets and toilets.

Replace defective water heater pressure relief valve and installed new shut-off valve

Repaired leaking outside faucet and re-routed pipe for easier protection from freezing and less vulnerable to damage.

Comments: Direct and unpretentious. Never tried to "sell up." Suggested things I could do myself. Freely gave opinions and advice about other plumbing issues. Would highly recommend to anyone needing home plumbing work. Diligent worker, seemed thorough. Having in my younger days done most of what KPW did, I approved of all aspects of the projects.

Prices fair and beat all the large organizations by a wide margin.
