Comments: We had a leak through old shower tile/grout. Needed the old stuff removed, new backboard and waterproofing installed, and then new tile/grout. He also installed some grab bars and a nice niche. Empire Services was extremely punctual, was able to start our job in a reasonable amount of time, (not a two month wait!) and was by far the most competitive bid. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves (laid a lot of drop cloths,) took all the debris, and the job looks nice!Saugus MA
