Comments: We had a serious situation where the shut off valve would not stop the flow of water from the supply line on one of our toilets. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. Thanks to a cancellation at 4:30 in the afternoon by another customer, we were able to have this problem immediately repaired. Within 30 minutes the supply line and the shut off valve were both replaced and were working properly. Excellent service and excellent work. The repairman was courteous, polite and friendly. Comments: Their employee, Nick, was very informative and explained the changes necessary to implement the sink installation. The new sink was deeper and was set back several inches from the original sink location. The modifications and installation were done the same day we accepted their bid, which was the next day after my inquiry on your network. Very pleased with the service.-
