Work Description: Paint 2 story hours and large garden pergola
Comments: AMAZING. Our house is a mixture of shingle siding and stucco. Last painted 12 years ago. Lots of dry-rot and sun damage. Kevin and his employees (not part time day labor) prepped the yard and garden. Power washed and scraped then identified dry rot and rodent damage. Each step of the way they identified and quoted 1-2 solutions and explained what could wait.Next all areas that needed caulking were treated with 60 yr rated flexible caulk. Every thing got one coat of primer and 2 Coates of paint.
Kevin was on site everyday and did much of the detail work himself.
Everyday his advise and workmanship was spot on. When there was confusion on paint color, he repainted 1/2 the house at no charge.
It was a pleasure working with his company.

Comments: Kevin and team did an amazing job painting cabinets, texturing the ceiling and walls, patching the walls and painting the home interior. 3 layers of wallpaper were removed. There were alot of dents and holes in the walls that were all repaired. Cabinets, shelving and doors were all painted and patched and look spectacular. The quality work was absolutely amazing and completely transformed the home interior. The cleanup was thorough once the job was complete. I highly recommend this company!San Lorenzo CA
