He told me to buy my own sink because he couldn't find one to fit into cabinets his company designed and installed. I think they simply take deposits upfront and then pocket the cash. I cannot emphasize highly enough what a scam trying to work with them was. These reviews all say the same thing & I feel sick to my stomach. I've tried to believe that this isn't happening, but it's true. Once you give Joe Cornmey a check say goodbye to anything ethical. Oh yeah we will be out there in 2 weeks....2 weeks... 2 weeks... Ummmm still waiting.... No refunds, wait I'm sorry they did measure? Owner Joe Cormney is extremely hostile within 10 seconds of asking what's going on he will begin cussing you out and threatening you and your famly. Then he taunts you by calling you a little baby and says Fuck off and you ain't gonna do shit. Maybe threatening people is the reason he hasn't been caught. Yet?!?!?! Trademark Home Design NIGHTMARE! 1+ year, contracted for a sunroom Sept.2016. We
stopped construction Feb.2017.(build was about 1/2 way)due to obvious poor
construction, also declared a teardown by there construction manager, who they
sent. Owners Andrew & Arron will not return the thousands of dollars we are
owed, tear down this mess, or release us from the contract. Trademark has
problems with multiple customers----We are only one of them. Buyer Beware !!!

The crew shows up a couple days a week (began in the middle of September four months late). They work from about 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM then drive back 70 miles to Louisville. Trademark does not have service trucks for their workers so the crew has to use private transportation. Both of the vehicles have broken down on the way to and from Louisville. Work Description: Home remodel
Comments: I hired Trademark to do a large remodel in my home. I had to go over the details of the job with 5 different contractors because the communication was so poor. The subcontractor that started the job would send his worker to my house and he would show up at 4 or 5 in the afternoon and stay until 9 or 10. Several weeks would go by without any work being done. The work was very poor quality and done incorrectly. For instance, screwing PVC pipes together and mis-wiring electrical. The drywall was horrible with all of the seams and screwholes showing after mud was supposedly done and sanded. Several items on the contract were never done. A half down deposit was paid and then there were change orders I was not aware of until I was approached by the secretary to pay more money. Many times phone calls were not returned. None of the work was inspected . Finally after many weeks I complained to the owner who then wanted to rush the job. Quality never seemed to be important. As well I furnished many of my own supplies which were supposed to be included in the initial bid. Then after all of the sub-par work was almost completed the owner gave me another large bill for the rest of the work that was never done. Absolutely unethical owners. Beware!Plano TX
