Comments: Kenny Adams was paid a $6k downpayment and never installed the new furnace or central air unit. He told me that his employees stole over $15k from him and that he has been going through chemotherapy which I guess he feels gives him the right to rip off a single mom struggling to provide for her children.Dayton OH

Work Description: Kenny installed a new furnace (TEMPSTAR Smartcomfort DLX 90) in 2003 and anytime we've needed something done, he's been there. Installation was good but product name was new at that time). Unfortunately, our furnace of 11.3 years has a major problem where the repair costs are not worth the cost of repairing. The warranty ran out in November 2013. Now we're faced with making a decision to replace the entire furnace.
