Comments: My mother's water heater suddenly quit working this past Friday evening. I started calling plumbers on Saturday morning and requesting quotes online. I was able to get a plumber out to her home at noon on Saturday, but they wouldn't be able to schedule an install until Monday or Tuesday. The owner of KC Metro Plumbing contacted me Saturday afternoon, came by that evening to confirm that her old water heater could not be repaired and then offered to install the new one that very night. My mother is 94 years old and in a wheelchair, so it was such a blessing that we did not have to find wheelchair accessible accommodations for her somewhere else. LJ was such a nice person and worked until 10:30 pm on Saturday night to complete the install. Definitely 5-star service!Olathe KS

Work Description: Installation of new main valve and five vanity faucets.
Comments: I was remodeling bathrooms and needed my main valve replaced. LJ came out the same day I called and replaced my valve. I went ahead and had him install my new faucets since he was there. His rate is very reasonable and he took care to do the job right and to my satisfaction. Very happy and would use again.
