Comments: Took my deposit for a new roof 11/08/2024 I still don't have a roof . He calls and says we will be their tomorrow but came twice to put gutters in , and still isn't finished. I'm not satisfied plus I know they work in the rain but Rick says be here Friday and it's going to rain per the weather report. I requested a refund.Michigan City IN

Comments: Rick, Chris and their other helper did an excellent job building a ramp so my aunt can safely exit and enter her home. They were able to start a week before expected and finished in two days. My aunt now has a beautiful porch/ deck where she will be able to sit outside, and a gently sloping 28 ft ramp with a handrail to get to the driveway. We are very pleased.La Porte IN

Comments: If you see this guy for a estimate you need to RUN! We have had to have most of his work re-done. The drywall fell inside garage. They used screws that were to short. The only thing holding it up was the glue. Thank God nobody was hurt. Garage doors weren't installed right. Man door wasn't put in right. The list goes on. Beware! Still trying to decide if we are taking him to small claims court.

Comments: KBK Construction remodel my garage with new siding, Roof, new garage door, and to put in two windows. They did a fantastic job with the garage. However I notice a couple days later the window that was put in when I push the frame of the window it moves the frame should not move it should be solid, however I called the owner Rick to tell him about what I saw with the window frame . He was very upset with me he felt that I insulted his intelligence because he knew that he put the window in he became very harsh tone with me disrespectful in the things that he said and hung the phone up on me twice. I was in Shock by his behavior . Well today I went to my garage for the first time to push the button to let up my new garage door and behold the garage door wouldn't open or the sensor light that was put on the outside of the garage would not come on. come to find out that the electrical box was put in for the garage door was not working now I have to spend more money to get electrician person to come out to wire it properly. You never know who a person is really is you think that they are good people and then at the flip of the switch you see another side of them. I still don't see no harm that I did by letting him know about the window. professional contractors should have responded in a professional way Rick the owner should have came back out check to see what was going on. at this point I would not recommend anyone to the owner Rick KBK contractor because of the disrespect that was shown to me over something that was so simple.
