Work Description: Multiple projects over the years including the replacement and rebuilding of French windows, carved beans and historic doors
Comments: I have a 1929 English Tudor designed by an architect as his family house. On the interior and exterior is a good deal of carved woodwork, which is all stained and varnished. Should any issues arise, and they do, Karl is the only person to whom I reach out. I have worked with him for over 15 years. His skill set and knowledge of construction is first rate. He has an intuitive sense of design and detail. When necessary he can replicate lost or damaged elements. Most recently, when a very large branch from one of the oak trees that overhang my house broke loose, damaging some of the projecting beams and destroying the central panel of one of the French windows Karl reconstructed and installed all. His workmanship is of such a high caliber that the replaced elements are completely in keeping with the original materials and not identifiable as replaced or new. He has recreated doors for the interior of the house. The next project he will address for me is the restoration of the cabinetry in the kitchen and breakfast room. I give Karl's professionalism, skillet and workmanship the highest accolades.Warren MI

Comments: I was very lucky to find Karl’s Construction from house advisor/ Angie’s list. Karl and his brothers delivered what they promise. They completed my bathroom on the time frame expected.They did a beautiful job and they showed up for work every day. There was a minor mishap but it was corrected.
The bonus is you get to work with very nice people and they love what they do,
I was very happy with their work so I asked them to do my hallway bathroom too.

Comments: Karl and his crew renovated our basement. Which included new full bathroom, custom wet bar and accent walls. He also renovated our 1st floor hall way and kitchen.
