Comments: We contacted Joel in July 2020, the height of A/C season in a Covid crazy world. We were impressed with every aspect of our experience with Just Right. During the initial visit Joel recommended a new furnace tailored to the needs of our home. We decided to add A/C prior to Joel's visit and he did a great job helping us choose the right unit for our home. There was no high pressure or upselling. He truly put our needs above his profits. His team were all respectful, polite and efficient. Our home was cool during those dog days of summer and now that it's c-c-c-cold, I'm toasty warm as I write this review.
