Comments: He seemed to know what he was doing, and he was pleasant and polite. The only reason he is not getting a higher rating from me is that after telling me he would be here between 9 and 10 am, he showed up after 12 noon, with no intermittent contact. This was after cancelling the night before because he said he had a family emergency. He needs to treat customers with more courtesy when it comes to time.Allentown PA
