Comments: I have been looking to rebuild my aging deck for 5 1/2 years and have met & gotten estimates from 10 contractors. JT Lawn & Stone is the only one that met all of my criteria of professionalism, knowledge, experience, honesty, willingness to answer all of my questions. He was willing to talk with me to fully understand what I was wanting. We had signed contracts for a complete understanding of our expectations. He quickly provided any information I requested. He is licensed in Arkansas where I live and insured! I feel his estimate is fair, plus he goes the extra mile to add extra value to his customers! He takes great pride in making the projects he accepts the very best they can be. We spent a lot of time just getting to know each other! I am an older single female, so I have no one to share decisions with! My deck replacement is in the early stages, but I’m confident it will be completed exactly as I want and he agreed to build. He has provided me with photos of similar decks and materials he will be using!I live in a Condominium therefore I’ve provided my plans to the Officers of my Association and they have agreed he has met all of their requirements and it will be a beautiful, well built and meet all construction codes!
I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could! He does what he says he will do and stays in contact via phone, emails or text! James is very reliable! You can trust this company!
