Comments: Do not use this electrician unless you have all the patience in the world. He did a project at my house to install an electric meter outside which require permits and coned involve. It took 9 months in which he promise 3 months to complete. The problem just like the other bad electrician is once they get paid in full before the job is done, they are not obligate to get the work done faster. I was the one who has to constantly calling coned to to hurry up and finish thier part but yet i paid JSV to do thier secretary job. Like i said once Joseph Vario got paid in full, he left me doing the rest of the work. could have been done in 3-4 months but he didnt care and let it go for 9 months. My mistake is trusting him, i dont recommend him and his company to anybody to take on any project that involves coned and city inspector.
