Work Description: Snow Removal
Comments: I hired them for snow removal and for lawn maintenance during the warmer months. There is no real communication between customer and JR. It seems the schedule is to blame when they do not keep an appointment; threy are working from a schedule and will get to the customer; they do not return a phone call when asked to do so. Usually no one is there to answer the phone. Calls get sent to a machine of some sort. Finally I hired a school aged young man to do the snow clearing. I would have done it myself, but I have to use a walker nowadays. I told JR landscaping that I would not be needing them because they were unreliable and lacked in communication skills like returning calls. I am very disappointed with this company.also very sad because I really liked the person who gave me the bids and came to check out the actual workspace. I thought we were going to be a good team.
