Comments: Turns out John Jouki is a real jerk. Came to look at the job, told me how he would approach it, gave me a price, which I accepted, and set up a date and time to do the job. He and one other guy showed up late, refused to do several things he said he would do (basically lied to me), and decided after about a half hour of work that they weren't going to do the job after all, got in the truck and left!
