Comments: Very good job. I'm satisfied. On another note, Mr. Jones suffered a great disrespect by my neighbor who was rude to him; he was just doing his job, and because he is black, the privileged karen treated him as if he had no right to be here. I applaud him as he dealt with the incident with class and grace. BTW I am black also, and I live in a recently gentrified area. My rating is for more than the work completed.

Comments: After searching for 6 months, we were referred to Bill Jones. His response to our inquiry was immediate. Job was priced and completed in less than a week. This company is a pleasure to deal with.

Comments: Horrible experience. I hired him to replace my concrete walk and steps in front of my house. What should have been a 3 day job turned into 3-4 weeks to complete and then another month to get his stuff out of my yard. I spent hours cleaning up after him and found 2 rusty nails on my kid’s trampoline! The edges of the concrete started crumbling before the job was even completed. The lower step was so uneven that it would throw you forward when walking down the steps. He did such a bad job that I had to turn around and hire another guy to do the job all over again. The new guy finished the job in 2 days, it was 100% better, and his equipment was removed the same day. Mr. Jones has agreed to a partial refund but it’s been almost 4 months and he has yet to provide any refund.

Comments: Worst contractor I've ever experienced. He's work is awful and incomplete. He lied said he ordered some materials and would be to complete job when he received it. It's been almost a month and I have not heard anything. He is a scammer taking advantage of senior citizens. And bringing his sons with him saying he is teaching them the business. Disgraceful and disgusting. Never use him or recommend him to anyone.
I set a cinder block wall for ms Williams and poured sidewalk blocks.I am not a scammer and I actually told ms Williams that I would install white stones for free out front of her property. For a quarter ton of the stones I had to wait for them to come in. Some folks when they get something free they love it but if it takes time they get aggrivated. I’ll pray for her

Comments: Worst contractor ever, his finished work is disgusting, shoddy, and Mr. Jones is a fraud and con man who takes advantage of seniors. He also is a liar who claims he was waiting for some special material he ordered. He left my front yard a mess, I now have to hire a true professional to complete or redo his job. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. HE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS.

Comments: The finish wall was a disgrace. The project will have to be redone
Money wasted .
The walk that was set was on an uneven basement floor. I set a wall 3 1/2 ft high and offered to trowel cement on the face being as though he was going to paint it.i was told that everything was fine. If anything needs to be addressed ill be more than happy to take care of it.
