Comments: Do NOT hire this man who lied and stole a $1000 advance from me which he took and ran and never showed back up to complete the work. I hired Joe and his buddy Chris to help me build a lath shade house, which they said would take 10 days. By day ten, they began complaining as to how much work it was, how they had underbid the job and were struggling to understand how to do the technical roof. I offered to generously compensate them if they would show up at 8:30 am, instead of 10:30-11 am, and get the job done and redo the roof beams correctly. This was Monday last week, they pressed me for a $1000 advance the previous Friday, they were no shows on Tuesday and have not seen nor heard from them since. They stole the advance and disappeared. My heart sinks to think they planned to con me into the advance, not for work to be done, but for work they had already done, knowing they were not going to complete the project.
Further, a reputable contractor has observed that critical steps were omitted by Joe and Chris in building the elevated paver foundation, and thus the entire structure they built will need to come down before it can be completed in order to remedy and secure the foundation. I have now asked Joe to return half of what he was paid, including the $1000 he stole, or I will file a lawsuit to retrieve the full amount. Clearly this project was beyond the expertise of Joe and Chris, beyond the integrity of their work ethic, beyond the need to do right and all about the money. They are a fine example of the corrupt and immoral world in which we are now living. Unless you only need to have light bulbs changed, hire this thief and crook at your own risk.
first in for most do not do any work for this lady she is shady and is trying to hustle any honest working person she never pulled permits for this job much less had blueprints drawn up I explain to her from the beginning what needed to be done she continuously changes her mind when told the proper way to do the roof I never stole any money from this lady she is paid up to the point of where the job is at this moment we do great work for great prices and she knows this and accommodate any customer as I have with her to the point where it almost becomes there was no pleasing someone she terminated our work there we did not scam her Do you not trust her work for her but be advised

Comments: I wrote an earlier review, where I say he was bad, and I got ripped off, since he never came back. Nevertheless, Joe contacted me after that and we understood that everything was a big misunderstanding, since he was expecting for me to call him, and I was also expecting to get a call back from him. In the end, I did resolve it elsewhere before this happened, but it is good that there was follow up and his company wanted to make things right, so for that reason, I repost again with a better review and can recommend him, just get things straight and let him leave with no room for gray area, so everything can go smoothly!
