Terrible company. Scams elderly women in Colorado and Kansas. The following letter was sent to them for a refund on a cancelled contract. They Ignore phone calls, emails, reg. mail, etc. and were terminated by Angi and Home Advisors.
I sent the following Registered letter after Jeremiah threatened to sue me and then cancelled the contract via text. no response.
Dear Jeremiah, James and Tanya
I am contacting you via this registered letter requesting a full refund for $2640.00 deposit for house painting. You cancelled the contract, a breach of contract. I am attempting to resolve this out of court, but if we cannot come to an agreement and you refuse to refund my deposit, I intend to go to all lengths including court and reviews about you and your dishonorable conduct.
Court case:
Jeremiah came to my house on _6-13-24_, I had my dog in a secure locked Crate because he is not friendly to strangers. I clearly explained this to Jeremiah Buschmann. However, he asked me to let the dog out of the crate stating he loves dogs, and they love him. I agreed to let my 13-pound dog out and he sat quietly under the table with us while we reviewed the house paint job. However, Jeremiah suddenly lunged up toward the counter (scaring the dog who protects me), and the dog nipped Jeremiah on the leg. Jeremiah went to the bathroom, took a picture, and showed me the picture of a slight bruise on his leg. There was no skin broken, no bleeding.
Jeremiah left while I went to the bank and purchased a cashier's check to pay a deposit that afternoon and sign the paint contract when he returned. I paid a deposit of $2,640.00 for J.O.B Home Services to paint the EXTERIOR of my house, deck, rails, porch. He made no mention of a bruise at that time. Took the money.
When I called Jeremiah on Friday (7/19/24) to schedule the paint, he stated that he was "DOCUMENTING his bruise." This I interpreted as a THREAT to Sue me. However, He asked to have his crew out with ladders. I said "absolutely not", I am concerned about your comment threatening to sue me. Therefore, I'm not sure I want you doing my job.
Jeremiah texted me and CANCELLED my contract on Saturday (7/20/2024). A breach of contract on his part. He told me to read the terms. Also, in an email from Tanya B., J.O.B. Director of Operations on 7/23/24 stating they will not refund my deposit.
I consider this was mutual agreement for Jeremiah not to threaten to sue me and still want to come on my property again and Jeremiah cancelling the contract.
I look forward to resolving this matter amicably without court process. Please send a cashier's check to me in the full deposit amount $2640.00 withing 10 days. If I do not hear from you, you leave me no alternative but to file a lawsuit against you for your threat and cancelling the contract and not returning my deposit. I intend to fully seek redress including damages, legal costs and accrued interest.
I also sent registered letters to all 3 owners and respond. They say no refund, read the contract. He threatened me and he cancelled. I expect my refund. Scammers and liars and cheats.

Comments: We had been living in our condo for 3 months when we noticed the paint on our bathroom ceiling was peeling due to the wrong paint being on it and moisture from the shower. I did my research on how the job needed to be completed in order for this problem to not reoccur in the future and Jeremiah showed me he had the proper knowledge and experience to complete the job correctly. He completed all the necessary preparation tasks such as scraping, sanding, mudding, and priming. He bought quality paint that was right for a bathroom ceiling. He went above on beyond and patched up additional walls in the bedroom and bathroom. If you are looking for quality work to be completed trust you are in the right hands.
