Comments: JMAC did a very good job cutting the trees and did so safely. We do not have any damage and there were no injuries. We are happy with the job that was done and would recommend them. The only problem is that the snow has made the cleanup a problem. We will have wait until the snow melts to get everything cleaned up and the stump grinding done. Comments: Its a bit of a cowboy operation but these guys are very skilled and an incredibly hard working tree trimming crew. These guys were awesome, fast and very fun to watch. They will climb the biggest trees with ease and using lots of safety ropes, they will cut, lower and discard of all your dead breaches and overhanging limbs. Most definitely recommend.Plymouth MI

Comments: Early March 2021, the owner, Saul Villeda, visited my lot to give an estimate to trim two large trees. I was quoted a nice rate at $600. I asked him to come back for another quote to add on additional work: removing the volunteer mulberries along the fence line and flatten a stump. I was given the quote of $700. On March 8, Saul and his crew came out. They did an amazing job and even keep the rate the same after I asked for additional bushes to be pulled. They went above and beyond and I tipped them nicely to compensate and paid in full. The owner said he would be back with a grinder to remove the stump and the mulberries they couldn't get out manually. His employee came out on 3/15 to grind the stump and remove the mulberries. His employee told me he couldn't remove the mulberries closest to the fence with the grinder and they would have to be dug out manually. I contacted Saul and he said he would be back out on 3/17. No one showed up. I reached out again and he said he would be out on 3/18. No one showed up. When I contact him via text he will respond saying he is planning to come back out but that he is very busy making money and didn't have time.To top it off, he routinely called me names such a "honey" and "baby." I was also told by Saul when he was working on the tree, that I could help by climbing up...but I had to wear a skirt.

They removed over a dozen dead or dieing very tall arborvitaes and a dead Russian Olive tree. Ground up all stumps at a reasonable price. Comments: Overall, I am generally pleased. They showed up and jumped right in, did a very nice job of cleaning up the mess, and were very polite. Hard workers, indeed! The punctuality was a little off, but this was caused by a previous job they were doing. Nonetheless, a phone call to inform us of the delay would have been nice. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend, and will be hiring them again in the future.-
