Comments: Jesse is a very courteous, genuine, and ethical technician. He diagnosed and repaired two issues with my dryer (electrical and rollers). Jesse assured me my 15 year old dryer will operate "as good as new" for at least another 10 years. I am impressed with his character and quality of work. $440 to repair the dryer including parts and labor. Well worth the cost of repair when compared against buying a new expensive dryer that will only last 10 years if you're lucky.North Dighton MA

Comments: Jesse promptly responded to my washing machine service call. He was able to service it the next day. Before arriving, he asked for the model number and kept close communication with me. Jesse was able to diagnose the issue, but had to return with a needed part. He offered to come back that evening or the next morning, but I had a trip planned. He worked around my schedule., and when he returned, Jesse worked diligently. He ensured that the washer ran through a complete cycle with no issues. He has even offered to replace the washer’s hoses for no labor fee once he returns from his honeymoon. If you want service with integrity, do not hesitate to hire Jesse.Cumberland RI
