Work Description: Hvac replacement. Hasn't worked right since it was put in. We finally called reputable Hvac company who found the problem. The ductwork is the wrong size jimmy refuses to fix the $400 problem. He won't even come to look at it. BEWARE!!

After seeing some other positive reviews, I decided to call Jimmy/Tom. They were prompt, professional and gave me a very reasonable quote. They replaced the boiler, added a new AC system in my attic, mounted the compressor on the roof, installed all ducts in the backs of existing closets, vents in the ceilings and finally recommended/installed a small ductless system in the basement. They even cleaned up throughout the job!!! They even followed up on a few small detail items (after the final payment)!
The bottom line: They know what they are doing and I would use them again without hesitation.
