Comments: They did the driveway addition project I hired them for, but the aftermath and complications were bad enough that I would have gone with somebody else. I agreed to pay them to haul the dirt off, but they drove their machinery through my front yard and dumped the dirt right into my front lawn without asking me (I was just inside the house). It destroyed my grass. He agreed to re-sod the grass in April when the job was done. It's now October. He's promised me 2 times he hasn't forgotten. He keeps saying he can't get sod anywhere in town. Last time we talked was in June. His team also left dozens of wood screws and roughly 150lb of concrete runoff in my yard. I had to remove this all myself. Brad is a nice guy, but he made a senseless error in judgement ruining my lawn (which looks terrible still since it grew back a completely different type of grass with multiple weeds), never making good on his promise to fix his error, and not even having his crew clean up after himself. I would not hire him again.Mesa AZ
