Work Description: Install new Bathroom tub and ceramic tile walls

Comments: According to the contract the job did not start for about five weeks after the original start date. The day he was going to start he said he would start about 8:00. He called that morning and said he would be here about 11:30, he finally showed up at 2:30 that afternoon. The old walls that he took out were left on the side of the house, there were some other items left in the driveway. The fixtures he installed in the tub and shower he said were defective and he was going to get a new set to replace those I agreed. From the day of final payment until today it is 74 days, between phone calls and text messages I made a total 84 attempts asking when he will come and replace the fixtures he said were defective and haul away the old walls I have never heard back from him.

Comments: Was courteous. Failed to locate model number and serial number on my water heater. Boyfriend located it later. He tried to sell me an$800 tank plus $276 labor. Saying mine was useless without those numbers. It still works. I consider him a scammer! Do not use him.
what this lady is saying is not the truth at all she was there when I was looking for model number and serial number that was not there I absolutely did not try to push her into a new water heater I explained that without model and serial number of unit it cannot be repaired whirlpool also explained the same thing to this customer while I was there I’m not sure what this lady is trying to do but I did what I could do to resolve her water heater issue I try my best on every customer to correct the problem least expensive way possible
