Comments: We really liked Tony right away so it was a no brainer. He was great and crew was wonderful.I highly recommend Jersey Green Tree .

Work Description: Tree cutting and root removal.

Comments: I thought everything would be fine with them because in the first conversation I had with him he seemed serious. But to begin with, he didn't come on the day we agreed and he showed up the next day. Second, the agreement was that they would remove the roots and the workers were asking me for payment without even having done it, assuring that the owner had not told them anything. Third, he told me that he would be in charge of asking the city for permission and that he would ask for the map to know where the water and gas line ran and none of that was done. To conclude, they left the job incomplete, they said they would return to remove the roots including the trunk and they never came back, they didn't even bother to call me. Now I will have to find another company to finish the work they started because after realizing how irresponsible they are I will not risk damaging my gas or water line because apparently they are not as professional as they say they are.

Comments: Anthony of Jersey Green Tree was very knowledgeable regarding the proper arborist recommendations for pruning various trees that require maintenance. He offered solutions to issues with Cyprus trees encroaching on my driveway, electrical wires and backyard without loosing the aesthetic appearance of the trees.

Comments: Had a tree that a large limb came down due to last Wednesday storm, Tree was brought down on 8/14, am very happy with their work. My neighbor was also impressed with their work unforunately he had already hired another tree removal company. I am waiting to have the stump removed. Other than that they do an awesome job.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion. We provided you with an approximate time on Monday when someone would be coming out. Someone did call you and was in route to your property by around 5. You requested us to come Tuesday as 5 o'clock was too late for you. We actually sent someone out to your property yesterday (Tuesday). They knocked at your door and attempted to call you twice. No one would answer. We are willing to still come out and give you a free estimate and even provide a discount for your frustrations. Thank you!

Comments: Tony and his team are top notch. Once I requested a quote I received a call within 30 min. Tony was out to my house in 1 hour to give a quote. His team was out the next day. Pricing was incredibly fair, service was excellent. I’ve already referred him to a family member.

Comments: The guys who came did really great work everyone was professional and even though all the marks weren’t out at first they started with the tree trims and then once electric and gas placed there flags they where able to grind all 11 stumps on my property . They were able to finish in 1 day. The owner Anthony was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave them one star less because no one showed up for 2 separate estimates that were scheduled in advance. Perhaps a communication mishap or whatever reason I’m glad I gave them a third chance. It worked out and I can only hope they get a better hold of the scheduling issues because they stand to lose a lot of work when it comes to no shows to estimates. Give them a chance you won’t regret it.
