Comments: I should have told him to leave as soon as he showed up. Told him him I needed a fan and chandelier hung both 20 foot high. He quoted me at 700, I was in a hurry so took the first quote ( mistake) but figured due to the height , that’s what I was paying for. I assembled both items before he arrives, then he arrives, comes inside looks at the ceiling height shakes his head and says his not sure he can get that high… after I specifically told him the height prior. He finally comes in with his 14 foot ladder, and then informs me his assistant is out and that he would need my assistance. I understood the situation and agreed. To sum it up I ended up assembling all fixtures, going up on a twelve a twelve foot ladder beside his 14 to carry and hold the fixtures while he connected the mounts. I asked him to put a couple of extra links on the chandelier, and he said he didn’t have any wire! After I helped him carry and his ladder and mount it to his work vehicle for him I proceeded to pay him. Surly he would adjust the price for the job do to me doing most of the work and assisting him… nope took the whole 700 and left. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to , to help someone else from getting ripped off. It was on me not to get more quotes, not to send him away when he was unclear of the job scope, didn’t have any wire, when required me to assist. I only hired and electrician because of the height and still ended up on the ladder with him. I paid 700 hundred dollars for a man with a 14 foot ladder…. That’s it… I was a fool , please don’t a fool as well .

Comments: It's one thing to know your trade and it's another to be as personable as Jerome. He had no problem chatting with me as he worked. I'd hired him to do one job but he was so affable I hired him for the second dining room replace -- something I'd planned on doing myself. Plus he knew other trades and readily referred them. I got great estimates for the electrical work Jerome did for me as well as great estimates from the other trades he referred. Plus he vacuumed up when he was done. I highly recommend Jerome Roberts and intend to use him again in the future.

Work Description: Mr Roberts installed an ouside outlet on my garage wall. Installation of a ceiling fan and added an electrical out in my living room. I also had him run a cable line around my house to have access in a room that didn't have one.

Comments: He did a terrific job on all work performed. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done. He is definitely 5 stars.
