Comments: The contractor never showed up nor did they call to cancel or reschedule after i took time out my schedule to meet the. The worst service ans communication. Im literally disgusted as a business person
We didn’t show up because I completely missed it on my schedule and that is my fault. We reached and and tried to reschedule for this week and your response was let me check my schedule. My scheduler was talking to you last night and you still said you haven’t checked your schedule. And your last message to us after we we asked to reschedule and apologized for Missing the previous appointment was “cool”. and if you like I can send you screenshots of our conversation if you can’t find our previous messages. We apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion.

Comments: There was a bit of confusion here. I was under the impression that they were replacing the main box in the house but they replaced a subpanel. There were 2 small sub panels with fuses. They replaced these with a new subpanel which tied into the main box. Be sure you know exactly what’s taking place with your future projects. The installer was a very nice guy.
