Comments: The work was never started. He quoted an approximate price over the phone but when he got to my home the cost increased by approximately $1300 before ever seeing the work that needed to be completed. I hesitated and should have gone with my first mind when I told him I would look somewhere else. I paid the deposit but then he wanted to use a different form of payment system before the work could be started. I started getting suspicious after all the changes in payment and found out the information he gave me when I asked about his contractor's license was not correct either. Since he stated he cannot start the project until the payments have been changed and looking at everything else that has transpired, I have decided to cancel the work completely since I don't know when or if it will be done and have an uneasy feeling that it will not be completed correctly. I had to contact my bank to dispute the payment (deposit) that was already collected since it was not reversed as the owner stated in our last conversation. Jerry stated he contacted QuickBooks but was not sure when I would get a refund for the money he received during our phone conversation on February 11, 2025.I checked the state license board and discovered any work done on someone's property in the state of Arkansas requires the worker to have a license if the work is quoted at $2000 higher. Hopefully, I will see results soon with my credit card company and will get my money back.

Comments: Paint on the floor and base boards. There was areas that were skips with the previous lavender paint exposed. Didn't replace the air vents. Didn't clean up after themselves. Poor paint job on the second room. I had to do touch ups on the corners and areas on the walls. I have a steamer for the floors that helped get the paint off.Vilonia AR

Saturday was projected to rain. They did not complete the project. They did a terrible job covering up the project.
